We need connection more than ever at this time..

So @annie.yoga.pilates and I have decided to take our Soul Nourishment Circle online.

Bring your tea and come and sit in a zoom circle with us and be seen, heard and supported.

Open, release, surrender & reset.

They’ll still be all the soul nourishing goodies.. Tea ceremony, yoga, breath-work, journalling, meditation, reiki & connection - All from the comfort of your own home!

This circle is for women of all walks of life. No experience required, just come as you are with an open heart.

We recommend setting yourself a little zen zone..rolling out your yoga mat, lighting a candle, laying out your crystals with a cup of your fav hot drink ready.
