Bring your tea and come and sit in a zoom circle with us this Sunday.

Come and be seen, heard and supported. Open, release, surrender & reset.

We’ll open with a tea ceremony followed by yoga, heart opening practices, journaling, guided meditation, distance reiki & connection - All from the comfort of your own home!

This circle is for women of all walks of life. No experience required, just come as you are with an open heart.

This weekends circle will be all about opening up the heart space. Releasing blockages and opening up to receiving the abundant flow of love.

We recommend setting yourself a little zen zone..rolling out your yoga mat, lighting a candle, laying out your crystals with a cup of your fav hot drink ready.
