For a long time now I have dreamed of creating a sacred space we can come together and connect through something other than wine or tupperware - and now that dream is coming true!

I'm extremely excited to announce my collaboration with the beautiful @annie.yoga.pilates to bring you THE SOUL NOURISHMENT CIRCLE!

An afternoon where we can slow down, shed our armour and come together in a nurturing and healing space.

In this fast paced world it is so important that we honour ourselves by taking time to step out of the rat race and reconnect to our inner Self - and this is the perfect place to do so!

They'll be all the yummy stuff - including meditation, breath work, cacao, journalling and Reiki energy healing from yours truly.
