It’s our final Soul Circle for the year and we’re going online! 

We haven’t done an online circle in a while, but as life picks up pace and we are already stretched in so many directions around this time of year, we thought online was a much more relaxed option.  

So in saying that, as things do start to escalate, it’s so important that we keep ourselves grounded, nourish our souls, honour our truth and stay connected with our heart centre. 

Many of us are beginning to feel the weight of the year that has passed and with the added pressure of this season’s commitments and heightened self expectation we tend to feel overwhelmed, burnt out and exhausted.  So let’s take this evening next Tuesday for ourselves. Precious sacred time to slow, soften, surrender and receive. Connecting together and within. Remembering why we are here and what our heart knows before we get caught up in the unnecessary madness. 

They’ll be all the usual stuff - A tea ceremony, soul nourishing practices, journaling, mediation, distance reiki healing and connection - all from the comfort of your own home! 

So join us for a little retreat within, amidst the madness.
