Workshop at Revive Festival | Jan 2023

I’m honoured and privileged to be hosting a ‘Soul Nourishing Journalling Circle’ at the Revive Festival 2023.

Journaling has been a powerful tool in my own journey of self discovery and healing. There is something deeply healing about releasing words onto paper and the act of journaling is a sacred time where we can witness and acknowledge the feelings and emotions we have been carrying within.

I’m excited to hold space and sit knee to knee, releasing words onto paper and connecting inward & together with the revive community. Starting the new year off in the best place on earth - our heart centre!
